Omar Boraie Is A Man On A Mission To Revitalize His City

Published / by Flash

Omar Boraie founded his property development company, Boraie Development LLC, in New Brunswick, New Jersey. His career has been dedicated to revitalizing the city by purchasing dilapidated properties in the urban core and replacing them with new buildings that contain much-needed office, retail, and residential space. Omar is the company’s President and leads its day-to-day operations and strategic vision. At Boraie Development, Omar has three main focuses; real estate development, property management, and the sales & marketing of units in his buildings.

Before Omar Boraie got his start, New Brunswick was a dying, decaying city, reveals NJ Biz. Omar’s success at bringing in new businesses and people has inspired other developers to also invest in the city. Omar himself gives a lot of credit to Dick Sellers who is the President of Johnson & Johnson. Omar has said that Sellers decision to remain in New Brunswick made everything he is doing possible.

One of Omar Boraie’s latest projects was Spring Street Condominium which brought to the city some of its first luxury residential units. The building, which at twenty-five stories tall is the highest in New Brunswick, contains 121 residential units. It also includes 10,000 square feet for retail and 40,000 for office spaces.

Another recent building is The Aspire which is even larger than Spring Street Condominium. The Aspire has become an attraction to younger people who are drawn to the area as it features a number of great restaurants and activities. It has 238 residential units combined with 10,000 square feet of retail on its street level floor.

As a successful businessman, Omar Boraie believes it is his duty to give back to the community. According to Patch.com, he serves the New Brunswick’s State Theater on its Board of Trustees. Additionally, he sponsors the theater’s free summer movie program which gives families the opportunity to see free movies throughout the summer including Frozen, The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, and Finding Dory. He also serves on the board for the local nonprofit Elijah’s Promise. He lends his expertise in this charity’s efforts to feed low-income and homeless people in New Brunswick.

Wen By Chaz Works Quickly

Published / by Flash

There is nothing wrong with wanting something right away. In fact, it is quite normal. That is why companies like Amazon have two-day shipping and people go to the mall. They want something and they want it now. That is why people are so excited about Chaz Dean’s new product, Wen by Chaz, because it produces results very quickly. This was proven by Emily McClure of Bustle.com in her review, http://www.bustle.com/articles/136320-i-used-cleansing-cleansing-conditioner-on-my-fine-hair-heres-what-happened. She tried it out on her fine hair and used the Fig version and within seven days, there was a noticeable difference in her hair. That is why WEN is the talk of the town when it comes to hair care.

In her review, the readers get to see first-hand, day-by-day, the changes it made on her hair. One of the things she stressed was that she wanted more bounce and shine in her hair. She clearly received that by the end of her seven day review. Here is the thing: it will only get better. It works quickly and it will only get better for the customer. That is a tremendous product. One of the many things that make it stand out is the fact that it works as a styling treatment, shampoo, and conditioner in one bottle.

If someone is out there and they are looking for a product that is going to give them what they want now as opposed to later, they can count on Chaz Dean and they can count on Wen by Chaz. It is another in a long line of tremendous products he has created. He has a gift for this, and he is more than happy to share this gift with the world. In fact, nothing brings him more happiness than hearing from a customer that has used it and gotten exactly what they wanted out of it.

Securus Technologies and Their Software That Stops Crime

Published / by Flash

Securus Technology is a communications company that serves correctional institutions, law enforcement agencies, and safety organizations. Their proprietary software provides sophisticated communications platforms between inmates and families, between various departments and organizations, and between institutions.

Securus serves over 2 million inmates in North America, with over 3,600 clients who house and supervise those inmates in some form or manner. Families appreciate the ability to communicate with their loved ones through the communications services that Securus provides.

The communications that run through the Securus services are not always on the up-and-up, however. In many cases, criminal and unsavory activities are the result of the convenience as well.

Securus has technology built into the system where activities that would result in criminal behavior can be eliminated before it gets too far. For example, recently a drug and alcohol ring was broken up before it barely got started. A prison employee and inmates were caught in the middle of plans to bring liquor and drugs into the prison population. The employee was caught due to the security systems in the prison phone lines and was terminated from his job and arrested.

The system is called Local Based Services, or LBS. It has the capability of tracking cell phone locations with no compromise. Most cell phone technology is based on GPS location finding, but the LBS system does not rely on GPS. GPA can be gotten around very easily by someone who knows what they are doing.

With LBS the location of the cell phone, as well as the person inside the prison as an inmate, are revealed, and the prison authorities can take it from there. In another situation, a shooting incident on the outside was solved when an inmate was talking to a sibling about how to fool the police by giving false information.
